To participate in the competition, you send in your picture taken between Fårönatta and Fårönatta with a text (max. 300 characters), where you tell what Fårö means to you.
Submit the contribution before:
1. Image quality
The image must be of the quality to be able to be printed in the size 40×50 cm.
2. Geographically
The picture must have been taken in Fårö.
* Unfortunately, Gotska Sandön is not counted in this competition.
3. In terms of time
The photo must be taken between Fårönatta 2025 and Fårönatta 2026, so no photos taken before September 21, 2025.
*Please note that the closing date may take up to 4 weeks for final voting and development.

4. Number of contributions
In this competition, each person who participates may submit a maximum of 1 contribution. Any submission after that will not be accepted.
5. Rights
When registering, the contestant does not waive their rights to the image, however, it is approved that Fårö photo competition can use the image for marketing purposes.
Fårö Photo Competition is also approved to use the contribution in advertising and promotional products (e.g. calendar, puzzle, etc.) If Fårö photo competition, you do not have permission to use the image as previously mentioned; write a note in “Other info”
6. Format
The image must be taken horizontally, i.e. lying down. If the format is incorrect, the image may be cropped by the competition organizer.
