Sudersands Cinema shows: Pensionat Oskar
The Runebergs, a seemingly ordinary family of three, travel to the holiday village Pensionat Oskar for a holiday. As the days go by, it becomes increasingly clear how unhappy the couple Rune and Gunnel are in their marriage. Rune is forced to seriously question his life when he meets young Petrus, who attracts him with his magic.
Pensionat Oskar is Jonas Gardell's debut as a screenwriter and Susanne Bier's director. The film won three Golden Badges in 1996, best screenplay (Jonas Gardell), best male lead (Loa Falkman) and best supporting actress (Sif Ruud).
