Movie: Face to face Face to Face (1976)

"Psychological thriller about a person's breakdown and his dreams", according to the author. The film, which Ingmar Bergman recorded as a TV series, is about the psychiatrist Jenny (Liv Ullmann), who, plagued by childhood memories, is driven towards the brink of collapse. She is cared for by Tomas Jacobi (Erland Josephson), half-brother of one of the patients Jenny has been treating for a long time.

This film Bergman intended to shoot for television depicts the life of Jenny (Liv Ullmann), a psychiatrist on the verge of a nervous breakdown as she is tormented by memories from her childhood. She is taken in the care of Tomas Jacobi (Erland Josephson), step-brother to one of the patients Jenny has been treating.
