We're looking for someone who knows how to service. Someone who knows how to build a team, keep the pace up, solve small problems before anyone even notices them — and who does it with a smile.

At Carlsson's Restaurant on Fårö, we want to create a summer that our guests will never forget, and we need a head waiter who can take the lead.

What you will do

1. Lead and coach the service staff
2. Create a welcoming and professional hospitality
3. Keep track of table planning, flow, pace and guest satisfaction
4. Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar

Who you are

1. You have experience as a head waiter or supervisor in service
2. You thrive in a dynamic, seasonal team
3. You are structured but relaxed, unpretentious but straightforward.
4. You like people – both guests and colleagues

When & how

1. June 20 – August 15
2. Possibility of accommodation in a shed behind the restaurant
3. We prioritize those who can work the entire season.
