In collaboration with Wroooom Konsthall, the performance will be performed CLOWNSAYED on July 25 at Bergmancenter.
CLOWNSAYED combines clown/mask technique with ancient Norse divination technique – so-called seyd – in a completely improvised encounter with the audience. By using comfort rituals, incantations and singing, combined with the clown's gentle comedy, Rebecka Cardoso creates a space where the audience gets a glimpse of themselves and each other and is invited to laugh and perhaps cry together. The concept is based on the audience's voluntary interaction with the character The Seer – to whom one can ask both existential and everyday questions.
Length: about 40-90 minutes
Recommended for ages 15 and up.
Tickets are purchased via the Bergman Center website/shop.
